J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Frontier (Provo, UT) en juil. 2015
Entretien
This was the most difficult interview process I have ever experienced. My interview took place over the phone with nearly 10 people. All members on the phone call took turns asking technical and specific questions to test my knowledge and understanding and troubleshooting skills. Some questions fell within the scope of the job description, other questions were beyond the scope of the job description, which made me feel inadequate and unprepared. However, I learned that this is a standard practice among the team interviewing me. This was a test to see how much I actually knew, and whether or not I would admit that I didn't know and would need to research it. After nearly 20-30 minutes, the question barrage ceased and I was given an opportunity to ask any question of my own. The answers to my questions were given promptly and honestly, which I appreciated. After the phone call interview, I was unsure if I would receive a call back. After about 3 days, I was contacted with a job offer, which I accepted.

After an interesting screening interview, I went in for a second in-person interview.
I went to HR and was escorted around to several different people to tack to them and answer questions. I found that a lot of their infrastructure was pretty old and they had a lot of improvement plans that were 'on hold'.
