You have to go in-store to apply, and they prefer to have you fill it out on the spot verses bringing it back later. While I was filling out the application, countless team members and managers asked how I was, if I wanted a drink, and if I had any questions. After turning it in, I was told "it will be passed on to the higher manager and they will call you". I waited a few days, and still no call. I took it upon myself to call, spoke to the GM, and was told to come in at 6 pm that same day for an interview. I interviewed with the Assist. Manager, and it was very casual, with a few "curveball" questions to see if you can hack it as a server. At the end of the interview, she told me she wanted to hire me on the spot, but needs the GM's permission first, so she'll give me a call with any updates. I waited a few more days, and alas, no phone call. I felt bad for bugging them, but called again and spoke with the GM, and it was decided! I was hired! I got the news on a Friday, and started training the following Monday.
