I applied first week of February 2023 and received emails to complete assessment and self recorded video. 2 weeks later i received in invite to Dallas for my F2F. It was around 119 of us and the first thing we did was split up 7 to a table and that is when the interview starts! Don’t over do it…relax and answer the questions the best you can, do not use any slang at alll and don’t get to comfortable on how you speak and your response to any of the flight attendant that is interviewing you. After the group interview you go on break and then you come back to meet and who ever name they called to go into another room did not make it….after this you sit around and wait on your F2F interview while the recruiter tell you more about the company!! After everybody have there turn for the F2F they call another set of names to be escorted into another room and the ones that remain are the ones who they offer a CJO.
