They make you record yourself answering questions, you only have 20 seconds to prepare and the question I got was completely confusing. It was unclear what the question even meant. So I got flustered only to find out that you can't retake the video - that's it. One try. I don't understand these companies doing video interviews. I'm not a youtuber I don't have experience talking to a camera. my good customer service cannot be measured through making a video of myself and only having 20 seconds to prepare. I like how other companies like Delta actually take the time to set up someone to speak to you even if it is over zoom or whatever. This job is about interacting with humans, not computers, and I can't believe that they don't let you do a single retake.

Question 1
Tell me about the most rewarding customer service experience you had and what made it so rewarding (like does this mean GIVING customer service or RECEIVING customer service? Makes no sense. Unclear and confusing)
