The face-to-face interview setting (pre-covid) was fast paced and exciting, yet still relaxed and easy going. You start off in a room as one big group and then separate into smaller groups for each step in the interview process, which includes (but not limited to): a mini announcement, 2-on-1 interview with a recruiter and tattoo check.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
