J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) en sept. 2021

Very Disappointing. So there are three steps to apply with Frontier. The first is the online application, then a video interview and finally a face to face. The online application was fairly standard for any job. Then comes the video interview. A very sad process from a major airline. It is administered through a third party company which apparently "phones this job in" and thinks we are just waitresses of the sky and they ask you 3 questions in which to respond to. All of the questions are based on customer service skills. Nothing about the main job of an FA, which is safety and security of the passengers and flight. If that was not disappointing enough, then comes the "face to face," which is not a f2f, it is simply a non personal cattle call interview. You feel like just a number to the airline, herded through a series of quick 1 minutes to sell yourself. A CJO was offered and accepted but ultimately after reflecting on the entire experience, I decided to stay with my regional job where I at least knew I was appreciated. I can only imagine how bad things would be on the job with this company and management if this is how they treat prospects during the the recruitment process.

Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
