Simple and straightforward--- a friend did P/T work and I submitted an online application, quick interview process over the phone asking more about how I was to go about my tasks. Clean, quick, efficient and informative.

In my instance, traveling and working in New York City without my own car was a hurdle we discussed; It may have limited some of my location opportunities but I made up for it by managing to bend the Train transportation effectively when scheduling so I could maximize location accessibility.
