I applied online. I was called and had my interview over the phone. I am prior owner of a large real estate corporation in New York and a B&B in Virginia. I have dealt with the public for over 30 year'sin the business world.

The interview was over the phone & very fast. Was approached by talent scout for the company Front Row entertainment & management. Very calm and polite. Most of the interview was not about what I have done before but more about what I would be doing. Presenting to crowds and individuals in local stores, what kind of clothes to wear, locations, how to set myself up on the certification site, how to apply for events, as well as whom would be contacting me for the positions at Events. No real interview questions were asked. They said they had what they needed from my resume. The next person i spoke with for the second part of the hiring stage was more informative & eased me into it with basic questions and had more information about the availability & actual job. Very nice people so far company seems welcoming.
