The hiring process consists of meeting with one of the two bosses depending on what department you're applying to. Informal meetings with typically one to one face time. More than likely you'll meet with one of them before they offer to take you aside and show you around the organization on another day. There is an online personality test that takes an hour but if you're at that point most likely you'll be offered a position. Once done accepting the position you'll begin working under either one of them or a direct supervisor. Good freakin' luck.
