The worst interview experience for me. These guys are not good interviewers and also they dont respect your time. I strongly advise against this company only because of crappy and unethical interview process.
I spent 3 hours on this coding challenge and all i got that I did not use test framework for writing test cases. I did write test cases though. Just because of time I could not use test framework. This is absolutely insane. For other problem It was 10 lines of code and feedback I got was that I did not use the same function name which they mentioned in the problem description. Ha ha ha ha ha . WHy are you even working in here if you reject candidates based on such lame reason ?
Anyways, even if people felt nice intially to me, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Looks like they need super engineers and if the speed which they expect in the interviews, if the all employees work at that speed then why they have not became google yet. Just attitude guys. Showing that we are smart and we dont want to hire you based on lame reasons.
Advice to recruiting team:
Please train your engineers on how to take interviews. STOP wasting time of engineers. There are 1000 other good companies so be respectful of time of other engineers.

3rd Coding round which recruiter mentioned will be algorithms and leetcode however turns out it is real world problem[more like simulation of their messaging system] based questions also a miscommunication in preferred language I mentioned vs what interviewer was prepared for.
Company needs to find standards on this coding round which apparently is very newly introduced round in their interview process
RUN!!!! Very high egos (their core values include low ego and all I saw was a high ego and no respect)! Over 8 rounds of interviews and simple/basic questions that seemed incredibly biased. One interviewer was flat-out rude to me and clearly did not want me to succeed at any cost. I won't even endorse their product at this point since their culture book is a joke based on my experience.

Contacted by recruiter to set up initial call. Recruiter cancelled at last minute and asked to postpone without giving option for when rescheduling. Told me I would be contacted early next week with more details. Waited until the next Thursday to contact the recruiter again so that I could be told the position was cancelled. Absolute waste of time. Recruiter has no respect for applicant time.
