The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning 3 zoom calls and one take-home technical test.
The first call was a screening call with HR.
The second call was with HR and a technical director. Their questions were mostly centered around people skills and not so much around technical skills.
The last call was with a different technical director and a lead programmer.
I also completed a take-home test in C# and C++ that asked generic programming questions, very much in the "FizzBuzz" types of questions.
