Please interview at least for 1 hour before deciding the candidate for selection. I have 7 years of experience with Front end stack and the interviewer didn't even have the patience to evaluate me for 1 hour and just for the sake of taking an interview to an equal position(I was interviewed for a lead position), I got rejected. I have to call and ask that I have been rejected. Please evaluate with proper interviewers to know the talent of a 7 year Front end guy. Didn't even had one coding question to prove. If the guy has rejected me for not getting output or no coding knowledge, I perfectly accept that my rejection is valid. Software is all about coding and solving a particular real world problem and not just reading theories and asking them for evaluation. Most funny part is you can answer all questions correctly and still get a rejection call. I personally love Freshworks company! But, please evaluate with proper interviewers to hire the best talents around the area. Cheers!!!

Js - Closures, Function currying, Features of React Js, hooks HTML & CSS - block & span elements
A couple of medium level leetcode questions.
2 system design rounds, each with a higher level engineer.
The leetcode questions went for basic stack and tree DS only.
The system design rounds were for log system.

Process is very smooth , it takes 2 week to complete
HR is very polite & helpful.
Two technical Round
-DSA questions based on Trie, Heap
- System Design questions like File System Document
Managerial Round
HR round
I applied and they called. We decided a date and the interview happened on that date. It went well. It was good.
I got selected. They offered me the position.
