In JD they mentioned everything technical and when I went for interview that ladies first question with full confidence was - What is testing ? Then defect priority, severity and some stupid 1 year experience questions. I could only smile when she was asking these questions. Comeon, are you suppose to ask this question to a 10 years experienced guy. Kindly check the profile before assigning interviewers.

Interview kick started at around 10 am with Hacker Rank involving 3 basic coding exercise. 2nd round was a technical interview based on manual testing exposure I.e. test plan and test cases based on any known application like flipkart, irctc etc. along with your previous project responsibilities. 3rd round was another technical round based on core automation skills - OOPS, Selenium etc. 4th and 5th are regular HR round. Offer letter came 1 week after the whole interview process completion.
