Entretien
Overall, the interview experience itself was pretty good. Two Rounds, one with the head of engineering
and a second with engineering team you'd be working with.
The first not so critical, but still important, it took 2 weeks from first to second round.
After final technical interview I have not received any feedback. I've sent several emails and all of them left without response.
Talent person was incredible. Technical screen was hilarious. Their technical question is trivial & easy, solvable in ~7 minutes. There were around 35 minutes left in the interview, so one of the interviewers spent it lecturing me, off script, with limited english, on various trivialities of javascript. Despite his lack of articulation & accuracy, I kept saying "Wow, amazing, thank you for telling me." The other interviewer doomscrolled in silence.
I asked if they liked working there. One interviewer semi-sarcastically said no. The other interviewer said "It's high pressure, but I like it". Yikes, get me outta here.

Entretien
I was approached by one of Fresha's Tales Partners on LinkedIn. We had pretty active discussion there. We quickly scheduled a video call. Nice discussion and we both were happy to progress. Then ghosted. 10 days and 2 messages later I still haven't heard anything back. I'd say not very professional to waste someone's time like that. I guess it says a lot about their internal culture as well.
