Awful interview experience. Went through many rounds of interviews. The boss, President and a day with 6 interviews back to back. After all that and having build a relationship with the HR manager I emailed her and found out it was her last day. When I emailed the other HR manager who just started they said they were pausing the application for the role. To say it was a waist of my time was an underestimate. If you aren’t going to hire someone don’t make them go through 8 rounds of interviews…
