J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FreshBooks (Toronto, ON) en févr. 2019
Entretien
Reached out by HR and a phone interview was set up which lasted 20-30 minutes. Following the phone interview, there was an in person interview with managers, and then a take home project was given which was to be completed over a weekend. I then gave a presentation for the case to the team. The whole process was very smooth and professional.

I applied online, received a call from the HR after 2 weeks. The following week had a zoom panel interview with Senior Manager, Manger of Analytics and Director of Marketing. It was more on my current work experience and some questions following that. Then I received a SQL assessment (2 tasks of medium difficulty, 30mins for each task) and was given a case to prepare. The technical round was again with the same panel where I had to present the case and questions followed based on the case analysis.

Had a brief call with an in-house recruiter and was then scheduled for a team call with 3 members of the team that the position was posted for. Recruiter didn't really specify what type of interview the second one was, when I went through it, it was mostly behavioral questions.

Question 1
Recruiter asked about background and technology/tools that I was familiar with during the initial screening. The behavioral panel asked typical questions, one question that jumped out was along the lines of "how do you deal with colleagues who keep on denying your requests/hard-to-work-with", it felt like there was specific answer they were looking for to that question.
