Very friendly and approachable people. Though it was strange (and distracting) to have an interview in a coffee shop. I felt a bit awkward talking about myself in a "public" environment. The idea is to keep it "casual" - but they might want to consider how this impacts interview performance, given that interviewees are already a bit nervous.
