The feedback I received suggested a preference for candidates with outstanding skills, solely determined by the two questions posed during the introductory call. It raises questions about the fairness of the evaluation process, lacking more comprehensive assessments like coding tasks or technical rounds. The stringent rejection criteria of one in five questions being incorrect adds an additional layer of challenge. Furthermore, the expectation to provide exact explanations from a book for all questions appears quite demanding. This experience was disappointing and highlights the challenges in the hiring process.
