wonderful & very insightful. The leader gave detail information on the organization & post explaining about the same, he started with the interview process. We had good dialogue about my thought process over various aspect of my jobs.

Schnell und unkompliziert, Ablauf und nächste Schritte wurde klar kommuniziert. Erstes Gespräch mit HR zu Gehaltsvorstellungen und der Klärung von Fragen. 2. Gespräch mit Hiring Manager zur Klärung aller inhaltlichen Fragen. Habe dann innerhalb von 2 Wochen eine Absage bekommen.

Entretien
These people drug me through an HR meet and greet then 7 1-hour interviews. Separately. On different days. On the LAST interview the guy slips up and says now oh remind me are you the candidate that knows the HM personally? Obviously I was not. I think he was either a total jerk or being super kind to let me know it wasn’t happening regardless of skill set and fit. 45-60 days later they bothered to let me know with a generic email that a “local fit” was selected.
