Headhunter contacted me in February. First round followed by a second one ( more technical ). I don't hear anything until April ( 2 months after ): someone in HR is sick and they put the position in stand-by. Another headhunter contacted me in August. First call with headhunter, sending CV again and passing 2 references ( with phone and e-mail ). No news for more than 2 weeks and then I´ve got an update: "Frequentis is freezing hiring process for 6 months". Hiring process is caothic and unprofessional.
