First I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward, then maybe an hour later I got one asking if I was available for an interview, so I assume the automatic process got a little fuzzy. Phone screen was with the head of the dept and it was extremely casual mostly discussing my experience and where they thought I'd best fit. In that conversation we agreed to speak again the next day so I could talk to one of the current team members. That conversation was fun, still casual, a bit about mine/their experience, what they like about Chattanooga and what the company expected. The next day I got an email asking if I wanted to do another phone call for a tour of the office (virtually) So at that point I was sure I had the job. By Friday I had an offer, we negotiated salary and I made plans to move to Tennessee barely two weeks later.
