Shadowed someone for the afternoon. Then afterwards an 'interview' down the pub. Was important to ask questions and pay attention whilst in the office then about being a good person down the pub.

Very straight forward with basic character questions being asked. They’re interested to see if you’ll fit into the culture of the company and whether you have the drive to succeed.

Conversation with Ops manager, then with others. Met the team. In person in the office and got a tour of the floor, introduced to lots of people, talked about transferrable skills and experience.
