I had a very positive experience going through the Freetrade interview process. Ben (internal recruiter) made me feel at ease going through the whole process and was extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had in the build-up to each interview. They scheduled interviews around my own work schedule which was really helpful. All the interviewers asked insightful questions (particularly from the operations team) and were very friendly which made it an enjoyable process. I wish that I could have accepted the offer and will continue to watch Freetrade in the future! There were four stages: 1. initial screening phone call with an internal recruiter 2. 30 mins skills interview with two people from the operations team 3. 1 hour interview with the same two people from the operations team 4. values interview with two people from a separate department.
