I got the interview through my university. The interview was done by a technical personal. He just went through my resume and asked questions about it. He did not ask any behavioral questions. They were very interest about my computer skills and what type of software I was familiarized with.

The level of difficulty is medium. Phone interview has both technical and behavioral questions. They will call you to setup an appointment for the interview. The panel has both engineer and HR manager.
