Takes an unreasonably long time for the interview process here, as others have conveyed. They use HireVue for the initial interview, which is really awkward and impersonal, recording answers to automatic prompts. Once you send that off it's radio silence for a while, about a month or more, and then a recruiter finally reaches out to schedule a virtual interview with actual people. Panel interview with 4 team members, questions about resume, experience, mostly behavioral. Once the interview ended, I did not hear back for over a month.
