There was a phone screen. After that, they set up a phone interview. There was only one interview before I was hired. It took about 2 months before I was offered the position however.

Entretien
Filled out an application for two human resources internships and then got invited to complete a HireVue interview for both. I was rejected from one, but invited to complete a group interview for the other. The group interview was with three staff members from three locations and was about twenty minutes. Mostly just went over the position and the company, only asked one or two questions. Got an offer at the Henderson Mine location in Colorado but choose not to accept because of that location. They called again to offer a position at another location that better suits my needs. Really great process!

Entretien
It was a relatively quick process of 1 month. I applied, was called to do a prescreen with the recruiter, and moved forward to interview with the Hiring Manger. It was extremely awkward from there however. The interview was over the phone and it had long pauses between questions as well as ones that had nothing to do with the job.
