Straightforward process. You do an online interview and answer pre-recorded questions, then an online interview with the particular office location, and finally an in-person interview at the office. Very easy questions to get to know you and you're goals that are not intimidating.

Entretien
I interviewed at the Cleveland office. The questions were easy and very standard - they just wanted to get to know me and hear about my experience. I thought the interview went well but was ghosted (I'm not surprised since this seems to be a regular occurrence). Who would want to work for a firm that ghosts them anyway? Clearly communication is not one of their strengths. I would stay away from this firm.

1 Way screening interview, heard back a month later and met with partner of office I was interested in. 3 weeks later interviewed with two more partners who were a part of the hiring committee. Informed me that I would be hearing back in about 2 weeks. Did not hear back and followed up twice over 6 weeks and was ghosted.

Entretien
There was a one-way video interview with pre-recorded questions. I submitted my recorded answers and then had a subsequent interview with current employees. This was the final interview and felt like a personality fit check.
