The interview process was very smooth. The questions were not difficult for me as a fresher, and got the response as well. Bummer that I wasn't completely prepared or confident for it and missed the cut.
Interview process was like the recruiter wanted a frontend engineer for their project, so mostly they wanted whether i know the techstack, so i told them that i have created this this project, so they were impressed.
Proceso claro y ordenado: entrevista introductoria para conocer perfil, reto técnico alineado al rol, evaluación objetiva, feedback oportuno y transparente. Todo fluye con eficiencia, comunicación directa y decisiones rápidas, resolviéndose dentro de un proceso estructurado, profesional y bien definido, eficaz.
