The company’s hiring process consists of three interviews and one technical exam, each of which must be passed before moving on to the next stage. It begins with a basic HR interview. If successful, the applicant proceeds to take a technical exam. Upon passing the exam, they are invited to a second interview with the company’s senior developers. Finally, candidates who make it through are scheduled for a final interview with the Head of Engineering.
