We have a very collaborative team structure that allows us to avoid delays in interview processes when a team member takes time off or transitions but know communicating with more than 1 team member might be confusing. To clarify, the engineering interview process involves: an initial phone screen with a Recruiter, a choice of a tech screen or take home assignment, and a set of final interviews in which you get to interact with multiple members of the team. We know it can be a big time commitment but have found this process to be standard in the industry and appreciated by candidates.
