FreeAgent used an approach of "little and often" rather than one long event, which I greatly appreciated.
The process was as follows:
- 30 mins screening style call
- Written exercise in my own time
- 1 hr small panel interview
- Personality profile
- 2 hrs final interview featuring a presentation
