I applied online about a week and a half ago and then two days ago I received an email with the typical survey that you have to take. After that, I was emailed yesterday morning asking to come in sometime next week for a group interview. The time that was chosen wasn’t a good time for me so I emailed back and told them that. They were super understanding and asked me to come in today for a 1:1 interview instead. The interview was just like talking to a friend. The girl who interviewed me was AMAZING. She was so nice and friendly, and it didn’t really feel like an interview at all. I did prepare yesterday by reading some of the interview questions that are on here and I’m glad I did because every single question I was asked I already had a general answer for! Super easy and quick. She said I would hear back within the next week. This whole applying/interviewing process took me less than a week to complete. Now I just have to wait to see if I got the job.
Straightforward interview process - applied online, got a call back and chatted with the manager in-store. Mostly asked questions about my previous experience and also went through the store's structure
