Met with CEO, first impression of office it’s obvious everyone is on their toes because of CEO, and after meeting him I absolutely saw why the reviews are so negative. The man think he’s “ god send” one of a kind , arrogant and preposterous, I walk in didn’t even say hello , spend most of the time talking how he was one of a kind on his business and everyone else was not at his level, compare himself to famous designers and claimed to be exactly like them, , not even half way of interview I knew I didn’t want that job even if it was to be offered, the atmosphere at the office feels like everyone is terrified of him , a very condescending person and not one drop of humility in him , and I do not understand why because his product is absolutely nothing out of this world the man is delusional he thinks his business is designing something that’s not out there I almost wanted to laugh when he show me some of his product, “ I got news for him what your designing in your company is absolutely no different from what’s already out there and been out there for a while !!
His job posting add spoke for itself it’s a rude direct job posting and it showed why once I interview at this place. This is just a company that’s trying to stay afloat been steered by a very condescending arrogant CEO who just like his reviews describe him has no respect for his employees and see everyone below his level , must be Avery toxic place .

My interveiw was with the CEO. He was not the most professional, he did not acknowledge my presence when I came into his office. He looked like he was busy working on something.
I extended my arm to greet him and sat down, after that it just went down hill. His first question "What do you want?" I tried to answer but he kept interrupting, then told me to continue, then interrupted. He kept bragging how he was better than any of the high end designers and that most of them do not do the work. He insulted my background and the companies I had worked for. I took a deep pause, could not handle any further of his interviewing style so I decided to show him my portfolio, at least that made him a bit excited. It was a torturous 40 min meeting & I was so happy to have left his office. I wanted to be the professional one and followed up with a thank you email. This was going to be a very toxic working environment!
