Panel Interview - No prior screening. Didn't get a very welcoming impression from the interview. Seemed like I was already a no before they met with me, which made it feel like a waste of everyone's time.
When discussing the effectiveness of process efficiencies and programs implemented at prior employer was repeatedly asked for concrete data as to how they were value added.

How do you know that these process changes and training you implemented improved anything. Outside of surveys and leader feedback, how did you know?
