Pre selected questions asked by a team of managers. Made it a comfortable experience. Friendly people. A welcoming atmosphere where all kinds of people are employed. Not much of an orientation on the job…. Just learn by doing!

It was pretty easy first interview was with two others we were asked some basic questions and then 1on 1 for second interview. They said I could start working before background check only thing that would cause a problem is if I had a warrant.
