Applied for the job online and then was emailed saying I was selected for an interview. Showed up to the store and went to the back room to do the interview. Person was polite and professional, gave no indication whether the job would be offered but instead said they would be reaching out again over email with an offer or rejection.

Telephone screening offered day or two after submitting application online. In-person interview scheduled for next business day. Duration of meeting was about 20 minutes, followed by a brief tour of the work area for the position.
