I applied online, and a few days later received a phone call. They left a message, so I called back a few times. The last time I called, I was able to set up an interview. I went in for an interview a few days later, and they originally wanted me to be a parcel clerk, but called me in the next day for a second interview. Then, they wanted me to be a courtesy clerk.

It was easy overall, they will ask you some questions about a story and how to help someone and resolve the situation.
At the end of the interview, you could get hired right away or wait the long process.

It's a situational interview and a bit about yourself questions. there were open interviews on Tuesday. the hiring manager was incredibly nice and was respectful. The hiring manager explained that there's a 2 interview

Stocking shelves and building displays for featured items. Returning purchasable items to shelves and displays. Assisting customers at check out with bagging, carrying and loading purchased items. Returning shopping carts and other equipment to designated location. Cleaning spills and restrooms.
