Interview process went well and was conducted in a professional manner. The problem was they offered me 35 % less than industry standard for Texas region. I am surprised to see a review claiming different. I asked for more dialogue concerning some issues and they refused to speak to me further. After 35 years experience I have not encountered such arrogance.
