Assessment day started with a group and we were asked to perform certain tasks to gauge our selling, problem solving, and communication techniques. Ended with two one on one interviews

The assessment day was on Teams due to COVID-19. The day involved a number of pair and group exercises: Pair task: Why would you make a good recruitment consultant? Then we had to pitch to the other candidates why each-other would be suited to the role. Which was enjoyable.... Although, one task involved designing a holiday for one of the directors.....I found this a bit pointless and irrelevant to the role. I feel this could be a role play interview or initial phone call to showcase our communication and listening skills and to show how we could act for Franklin Fitch. It was a positive experience overall.
