Process was fairly straightforward--phone interview followed by on site visit. Mostly behavioral questions. Interview on site took about 1/2 day. Was promised transparency throughout the process--never heard back from them--no letter/email/phonecall. Quite annoying due to the fact that I took vacation from my existing employer and flew out there/spent the night.
