I was only asked about why did I choose accounting, during the interview. The Interviewer had no other questions, therefore I tried to engage her in a conversation to show that I was interested in Frank,Rimerman + Co. LLP. There were many questions I asked about the companies objectives, expectation of newly hires, and their client base.
I found it highly suspicious that I was emailed by 2 other recruiters to set up to meet with one recruiter that never contacted me.

Two in-person interviews. First with a recruiter on campus and a second in the office in which we spoke about career and accounting interests. They were very nice and professional.

The interviewers were very personable. The process feels much more like a conversation between two people as opposed to a line of questioning, which was characteristic of other interviews I had with larger firms in the industry.

I went through two interviews, the first was a 30 minute introduction interview with one person, and the second was a 2 hour final interview with five different employees. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They made it clear they love their jobs and the firm itself. Show that same enthusiasm!
