HR recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. I did not submit an application. Was not currently looking but was interested in learning. Told them due to distant I would only be interested in a remote position. So I agreed to the next step if that what this job was. Got a call back for in person with hiring manage. During the interviewed learned that they have not swapped notes and felt like my time was wasted and I was disrespected. I didn't decided to pass on the the position. Poor communication.
