Two interviews on the same day. One usually with HR and CFO and/or sales manager. Sometimes you may end up interviewing with all three. - HR is casual - CFO is the "griller" - Sales manager - really depends who it is at the time, they go through a lot of them. - CEO - if by off chance you interview with him he's a nice guy who likes to talk. Listen to what he says carefully because you will give you good advice... but if he gets mad ... RUN! They usually get back to you fairly quickly.
