Its a long process. The response after each round takes months. Before final interview there are four rounds. First one is like an online test to check your English knowledge. Second and third is some interview session to get know you. Then there is a online typing test.

There was a written test, HR interview, Manager interview and then Director interview. There was a lot of candidates who had appeared for the interview but the process was neat and correctly managed.
