I was approached by a third-party recruiter on LinkedIn who told me about the job opening, and I had a phone conversation with this lady the same day. I send her my clips and resume, and I had an interview with the firm a few weeks later in D.C. I started the job soon after - one month after the LinkedIn message.

I had 2 interviews. The attorneys were very nice. The interview was very conversational. However, platform they use for virtual interviews is not the best, I could barely hear them, so that was annoying. They said I seemed to be the perfect candidate, but they ultimately decided to go internally to fill the position.

I had an initial interview with a recruiter. My second interview was with 3 of the partners. Everyone was very nice. All the interviews were conducted over the phone, so I never had an in-person interview.
