      Entretien

      hiring process started with a hackerkrank coding test post which 3 rounds of interview, first one is telephonic and rest were Skype based after clearing these 3 rounds another HR round was scheduled. Coding was 90 min long 4 questions one was based on SQL. First two rounds were technical where basic knowledge and understanding about concepts in data engineering is evaluated. Second round had one coding question where logical approach is checked to solve a problem within defined time complexity. 3rd round was managerial round where questions were asked about the work contribution done in the various project and will evaluate if you are also best fit with organization values and ethics.

They ask whatever added in the resume and might also ask problems to solve on the go. 2nd round will be based on projects worked on and 3rd technical manager round

      The interview process was easy and well communicated. Jesvin made sure that I understood everything related to the interview. It all started with DoSelect coding test, 3 days after clearing which I had my technical round.

      Entretien

      I had an interview for the Senior engineer MLOps position in Fractal. HR approached me through LinkedIn, and from there interview process started. Overall it took 2 to 3 weeks. The entire interview process was virtual on MS Teams video calls. Total four rounds - coding, technical discussion, managerial + technical discussion, HR. Overall I had an outstanding experience throughout the process. I got timely feedback. Thanks to HR, the process was extremely smooth. Interview Process: First-round will be a coding challenge where you will be given some python coding question that needs to complete in 50-60 minutes. Total four coding questions. The second round will be a technical discussion. You will be asked questions on deployment strategies, automation, data/ML pipeline, model re-training, experimentation and tracking, ML model monitoring factors. The third round will be mix with managerial and technical discussion. Mostly it will be a casual discussion, but you can expect some technical questions. Forth round will be an HR round primarily focused on behavioral and cultural fit and how you are aligned with the company's culture.
