Must admit ,one of the best interview process I have been involved into. The HR was proactive and prompt. She always followed up after the interview was done and provided feedback. The process consisted of 7 rounds. Aptitude test - Moderately difficult. Questions on data interpretation, sequence, blood relationship and sitting arrangements etc. Coding test - Difficult. Questions on R and SQL 4 rounds of interview - all revolved around my work , few business questions, guestimate questions , probability questions. HR round - usual HR questions The interviewers were very friendly and interviewes started on time. They checked the overall attitude rather than just specific answers. I think if you don't know something, saying "I don't know " wouldn't hurt your chances, I think they appreciate honesty .
