Very personable and asked relatable questions. Only want qualified workers who mirror the company's values and vision. Went through interview with each manager and they all asked different questions and about my experience. They describes difficult situations in the restaurant business and had me describe what i would do in those situations. Are very interested in prior experience and time management. Overall it was a good interview and I felt comfortable and felt like they asked me a lot of questions.

Simple. Show up looking nice and be a good listener. Bring a cell phone since they will have you sit down and fill out a very lengthy application that requires you know things like the phone number of your last supervisor and the address of your college.
