It was very comfortable, kind of like I was at home. I was asked very simple questions and was informed on what I would be doing for the job. Was not stressful.

Zoom call for 30-40 minutes, easy, laid back, friendly environment created. A small company, so already knew the guy as it was a promotion from my previous position as a lifeguard for this company.

Entretien
I went to their office and met the two bosses. They sat me down and told me everything I would potentially be doing as a regional manager. They were thorough and I definitely got a good feel for what the job would entail.
