I first had a brief discussion with the HR representative, after which we scheduled three Zoom interviews. The first was with the department lead, the second with the senior manager and another product support specialist, and the final interview with the director. They are a remote first company, promote work-life balance, and everyone on the team was kind. While I didn't receive an offer, it seems like a great place to work.
